1. What is your return policy? Returns allowed only for defective merchandise if notified within 7 days of you receiving the product. While I do check over every finished product thoroughly, if you do find any defect in the construction/design, or flaw in the fabric, etc., please contact me via e-mail and explain the problem. I will then have you mail the product back to me at your expense. When I receive it, I will either ship you a replacement product (at your expense) of the same value or issue you a credit. 2. What forms of payment do you accept? I currently accept PayPal or international money orders for payment of orders. 3. Where will you ship to? I ship worldwide. 4. What are your shipping costs? Shipping and handling is calculated on a per order basis. I will only be charging you what it costs me to ship directly to you. Someone in Toronto won't be paying the same shipping fees as someone in San Diego. I can calculate your shipping fees when I receive your mailing address so you will know in advance. Also, there is a small handling fee added to every order. For the sake of simplicity I round the shipping charge to the next dollar and then add $2.00. That way your order is always a round number, no messing with pennies, and this covers packing materials and other incidental shipping costs. 5. Can I choose the method of shipping? I ship via expedited parcel post with Canada Post. However, I can ship via Express Post if it is requested. 6. Will my package be insured and tracked? Yes. 7. When will my order be shipped? I do my best to get orders shipped within 5-7 business days after payment. During busier times (holidays, etc), shipment may take longer. Please remember our products are *custom-made* after your order is received. Also, custom Karen's Corner items will take 10-14 business days for shipping. 8. What is your privacy policy? We are absolutely committed to protecting the privacy of all of our clients. When you provide Critter Cozies with your name, address, and e-mail, it is used ONLY to complete your transaction. We will never sell, redistribute, or reveal your private information to anyone, anywhere, at any time. 9. I have another question you haven't answered.
